Privacy Statement

Park Manor Academy of Psychology (PMAP) takes your privacy seriously. In order to register for a PMAP program you must provide some personal information, i.e., your name, email address, address, and age. PMAP also uses a website analytics program designed to help us track traffic on our website. This program may install 'cookies' on your computer for such purposes. This is a standard procedure for websites, and nothing to be concerned about. Cookies can be denied and are easily deleted using your web browser. There is no malicious intent in our tracking.

In accordance with the Federal Educational Rights Privacy Act, PMAP will not release to any third party any information from students' educational records, which we interpret as any information about you other than the fact that you have been enrolled or graduated from our institution, without your written consent. Written consent may include electronic signature paired with some personal information to validate it is you who is requesting the information release.

In cases in which any donations or purchases are made online, PMAP uses PayPal, a safe and secure credit card processor. Using this information, PMAP never has access to your credit card information. PayPal uses secure sockets and is keen on protecting privacy as well.

PMAP agrees to hold ALL of your personal information confidential and private. We will never sell or provide your information to any third party unless mandated by law. PMAP may, at its discretion, use your e-mail address to send you information about updates to its program and/or other periodic specials, discounts, incentives or any other communication as it deems necessary. To be taken off our mailing list, simply respond to any of these solicitations with a blank e-mail that has the word 'remove' in the subject line.
