By using the Park Manor Academy of Psychology (PMAP) website (parkmanoracademy.com) you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use this website.
1. I understand that courses and curriculums offered by PMAP may not meet any specific governmental licensing requirements.
2. Any credentials or credits earned from PMAP may not meet requirements for credit transfer or acceptance by any school, employer, or government. I understand that each aforementioned entity has the right to establish its own policies, standards and requirements related to acceptance of credits and courses. It is my responsibility to ascertain whether or not a school, employer, or government agency will accept courses, credits, or credentials that are earned from PMAP.
3. I agree to follow all student policies established by PMAP. Any breech of these policies will result in dismissal from PMAP with NO rights to any refund.
4. PMAP reserves the right not to accept students who are deemed at a high risk of not completing a particular course. In such cases the $1 sign up fee is nonrefundable.
5. Course fees are only refundable by the fee policies described on this website. I agree to not attempt any chargeback for fees if the service requested was rendered and proof of delivery can be shown.
6. If my sign up request is deemed acceptable by PMAP, I agree to undertake the course and make the full payment fees as prescribed by the PMAP payment policy.
7. If I successfully pass this course, I will receive from PMAP a certificate indicating my accomplishment.
8. Please consider your enrollment with care; refunds of fees are not possible except under the terms and conditions described on this website and in the student policies. It is mutually agreed that the decision of PMAP is final and upon the refund of fees deemed acceptable by PMAP, if any, PMAP has no further liability or obligation. All prices on this website are in US Dollars.
9. PMAP attempts to make every effort that information on its website is accurate. If any information is not accurate, PMAP assumes no liability for the incorrect information.
10. I understand that PMAP is not a university or an occupational/vocational school; rather it is a private school that is academic in nature and does not offer degrees or occupational training.
11. PMAP reserves the right to alter or cease these terms and its services at any time without notice. If alterations to these terms are made, they will be posted by PMAP on its website and effective immediately upon posting. Your choosing to use PMAP services and this website after the terms or programs have been altered, will serve as your acceptance of alterations in the terms. PMAP may suspend, limit, or alter service or programs at any time, in any way, at its sole discretion. PMAP may also impose limits on features, products, or services, or restrict your access to parts or all of its services or programs without any notice or liability. If you do not agree with any parts of these terms, or are not satisfied in any way with PMAP or this website, your only remedy is to discontinue your use of PMAP services and this website.
